退換貨政策

1. 商品損壞或瑕疵
若您收到的書本、書袋或其他商品在運送過程中損壞，或存在品質瑕疵，請於收到商品後7天內，附上訂單編號及商品照片，寄信至 admin@lelechinese.com 與我們聯繫。確認後，我們將為您安排換貨或補寄相同商品，恕不提供退款。逾7天恕無法受理。

2. 個人因素恕不接受退換貨
除上述商品損壞或瑕疵情況外，恕不接受因個人因素（如不喜歡、尺寸不合、訂購錯誤等）申請退貨或換貨，亦不提供退款。請於訂購前確認商品內容與規格。

Returns & Refund Policy

1. Damaged or Defective Items
If any item you receive (book, book bag, or other product) arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at admin@lelechinese.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the item. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or reshipment of the same item. Refunds are not offered. Claims made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

2. No Returns or Exchanges for Other Reasons
Except for damaged or defective items as described above, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect order, or size preference. Please review product details carefully before ordering.
