1.Should any of goods(book bags or the Audio pens) be damaged during delivery,please contact the seller at admin@lelechinese.com .
2.Once the goods have been shipped, if they are returned for personal reasons, the purchaser will be responsible for both the delivery and return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned goods the seller will review the condition of the goods and provide a refund accordingly.
3.The returned goods must be in perfect condition.The original packaging, included instructions and other accessories, are considered part of the goods. If there is any loss,damage or missing pieces, the goods will not be accepted for return.
