What does "tap to hear" mean?+
Open any Le Le book in the app, tap the text, and you'll hear it read aloud in Mandarin. In Basic and Intermediate, your child can tap a whole sentence or a single character. In Advanced, they can tap the whole page or any new character (shown in green). Your child can listen as many times as they like and read along, which builds reading fluency naturally.
What's the difference between the Traditional and Simplified versions?+
The stories and the audio are exactly the same. Only the written characters differ: one version shows Traditional Chinese, the other shows Simplified Chinese. Choose the one your child is learning.
