七月底，我們合作倉儲發生火災。 所幸沒有人受傷，但幾乎所有庫存都不在了。 那些陪著孩子讀過、錄過音、一道道校對的書與點讀筆，變成空空的貨架——心也空了一塊。
我們沒有退路，只能往前。現在我們在做：
- 全面盤點、申請理賠，盡快重建供應。
- 少量現貨先留給最需要的家庭。
- 加速啟動小批量補貨，縮短等待時間。
- 預估大批量補貨：2026 年 Q1–Q2（可能依供應鏈微調）。

Fire Incident & Shipping Update
Today my hands are still shaking as I write this.
At the end of July, our partner warehouse had a fire. Thankfully no one was hurt, but almost all inventory is gone.
The books and reading pens we read with children, recorded, and proofed—are now empty shelves. A piece of our heart is missing, too. We have no way back, only forward.
What we’re doing now
- Full stock check and insurance claim to rebuild supply.
- Limited stock will be reserved for families who need it most.
- Starting small-batch production to shorten the wait.
- Large restock estimated Q1–Q2 2026 (subject to supply-chain changes).
How you can help / what to do
- Need it now? DM or comment with the version/item you want. If we find it, we’ll hold it for you.
- See “Sold Out”? On the product page, tap “Notify me when in stock.” We’ll message you the moment we restock.
- Already ordered? We’ll contact you to arrange shipping or a refund.
